Guests being awesome at AA2014
Photos by Nick Hardy
Photos from just the other week at Auto Assembly. Always such an honour to be there amongst these incredibly talented folk. My thanks to the organisers, volunteers and of course the incredible attendees for making me feel so welcome, for the gifts, the kindness and the company!
Transformers Robots In Disguise #32 RI Cover by Casey W. Coller, Colors by John-Paul Bove
Possibly my favourite thing I have ever coloured. Hope you dig!
Freedom is the right of ALL sentient beings
I decided to change the wording on this one as the “Genuine Gen One” was clever but not necessarily in keeping with the Propaganda theme that developed as I did these as a series. I wanted this to be inspirational in some way so went for something that would resonate with all TF fans. This version will be joining me at AA - see you there!
Megatron’s time in the spotlight! Much more of a soviet theme for this one replete with reds and yellows. I wanted it to look different to the others, ‘cos this one really is propaganda! There is one more to come but it may be a while before I get to it while working on other projects…
A reminder that this will also be available at Auto Assembly this weekend!
And here’s the second of my art deco Transformers drawlin’s. There’s more than a little influence from the Rocketeer in this one. For those who’ve been asking for some Starscream from me for a while, here you go! Also had to put Skywarp in there as he was one of the first I ever owned…
Sorry for the watermark folks!
A reminder that these fellows will be available at AA too!
The Lost Light Club
We’ll here it is the pinnacle of 80’s cheese lashed across modern More than Meets the Eye. Lines by the unholy Casey Coller and colours and whatnot by me.
Available at Auto Assembly in just a few days!
One of a series of posters available at Auto Assembly this weekend. Lines by Casey Coller, Colours and what not by me!
Firstly apologies for the big gobs of text on this but art theft is rampant…
Here’s a sketch by Livio Ramondelli done as a commission for Auto Assembly and coloured up by yours truly. My first crack at LiRa’s lines and they were a real joy to do. The process of learning how to work with each artist is always both difficult and incredibly satisfying. Looking forward to some more collaborating with this talented gent!
I’m no longer taking preorders as I have had as many as I can cope with! However I will still have plenty of spaces at the show itself so have no fear!
My #zombie commissions are open!
-£10 for a digital copy.
-£16 for an art print (sent through the post) & a digital copy!
Check out some examples in the photo, and email me if you are interested at firstname.lastname@example.org.
